Anxiety is a common issue that affects many people and can cause a range of symptoms, including racing thoughts, elevated heart rate, and difficulty breathing. For some, traditional methods of stress relief, such as yoga or meditation, may not be feasible or accessible in the moment. That's where an Anxiety Breathing Necklace comes in. Straw breathing has been a very effective way for me to practice mindfulness and to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. It takes the thought out of getting the breathing practice correct as simply exhaling through the straw gives around an 8-10 second exhale. 2-5 minutes of this slower breathing makes me feel refreshed and much calmer.
